South Florida peacock bass fishing is still good this week. Ed Cohn and I were out on a guide trip on Thursday and we boated 13 fish for a half-day trip. Earlier in the week Luis Rojas and I boated 22 peacock bass up to 6 lbs. Ed’s biggest for the day was 4 1/4 lbs. all caught on small live shiners.
