South Florida Everglades Bass Fishing

Luis and I were out last week in the heat of South Florida everglades trying to catch some largemouth bass. We get out often to try and figure out these bass fishing patterns. We landed about fourteen bass up to 5 lbs. which isn’t bad for this time of year. The summer usually brings a lot of rain and high water to the Everglades making bass fishing tough. So to catch these numbers was quite enjoyable. Lake Okeechobee has been good early in the morning before the sun will chase you off the water.  Here’s the nice bass I caught on a Gambler Giggy head with a floating worm down deep.Luis & Chuck 8-21-09 001
