Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing

Capt. Chuck's 5 lb. Lake Okeechobee BassLake Okeechobee bass fishing remains good considering it’s just to hot down in South Florida. We haven’t fished the lake for about a year because the Florida Everglades has been red hot. On Monday we decided to fish the Clewiston area for a upcoming fishing program a guide friend of mine is filming. We landed about 12 decent largemouth bass up to just shy of 5 lbs. all on artificial lures. For guiding information about Lake Okeechobee, the Florida Everglades or Miami Peacock Bass fishing contact www.southfloridafishing.org or e-mail me at floridafishing@bellsouth.net .
