Florida Bass Fishing Report

It’s been a great last few months of bass fishing in South Florida. The male largemouth have been feeding quite well with a few larger females to come along as well. Here’s a nice 7 lb. largemouth bass caught in the Florida Everglades back in mid January off of alligator alley just west of Ft. Lauderdale. Each trip out has produced numerous fish with full-day trip usually around 75 to 100 bass. With continued warming trends and lower water levels we’ll be expected larger females and more fish as well to bite.
